FlowShare Annual Subscription

Unless otherwise agreed, the subscription begins upon receipt of the invoice amount by miraminds. After receipt of the payment, miraminds transmits the licence key via e-mail. This marks the beginning of the subscription period, which is concluded for a fixed contract period of one year. If the subscription is not cancelled at the latest 30 days before the end of the one-year period, it is automatically extended by a further year. This does not affect termination of the subscription contract without notice for good cause. A cancellation can be made informally via e-mail to help@miraminds.com. FlowShare Monthly Subscription

Unless otherwise agreed, the subscription begins upon receipt of the invoice amount by miraminds. After receipt of the payment, miraminds transmits the licence key via e-mail. This marks the start of the subscription period, which is fixed for a contract period of 30 days. If the subscription is not cancelled at the latest 7 days before the end of the monthly period, it is automatically extended by another month. This does not affect termination of the subscription contract without notice for good cause. Maintenance

FlowShare is continuously developed further. A new release is released on average once a quarter. This includes bug fixes, incremental improvements, as well as new and enhanced features based on the wishes and feedback from our customers. You can rely on us to fix bugs as soon as possible. They always have priority during development. At the same time we are already working on new smart functions. As far as wishes are concerned, we are very open to incorporating suggestions into product development. However, we cannot guarantee that a particular wish will be implemented with certainty.

For help with usage and most common troubleshooting issues, visit our helpdesk. As the holder of a Pro license, you can post tickets there via “Submit request”, which are usually processed within 24 hours.
