Licensing:

The purchase of FlowShare licenses is made per workstation (user and device). The subscription runs per month or per year (Subscription Licence).

Pricing:

A FlowShare license (for one user) costs 39 € per month, with a minimum subscription period of one month. With a minimum subscription period of 12 months, you pay 390€ a year, which equals 32.50 € per month. These are net prices. Maintenance and updates are included in the price.

List price/reseller price:

Up to a total of 20 licenses sold, the list price corresponds to the reseller price. Beginning from 21 licenses sold, there are discounts. In this case a different reseller price from the list price is possible.

Extension and cancellation:

FlowShare subscriptions including maintenance are automatically renewed. The cancellation period for the annual subscription is 30 days before the end of the billing period, and for the monthly subscription 7 days before the end of the billing period.

Payment:

You can pay with invoice or using VISA or Mastercard.

Delivery and delivery time:

Immediately after acceptance of the order by miraminds you will receive a link to download the software and a license key to the e-mail address you provided.

After the download is complete you can activate the software for usage with the supplied key. This does not apply to free trial versions of the software that can be used without a license key directly after the download. There are no delivery charges.

You can get support for common questions at https://miraminds.kayako.com/en-us. If you can’t find an answer to your question, you can also submit a ticket there. Support requests from our customers are usually answered within 24 hours.

Operating in the Cloud:

FlowShare is installed on-premise and not in the cloud.

How is personal data processed?

The IP address is recorded once to register the pro-license.

Is there a project protection or deal registration program?

It is prohibited to copy, rent or lease the acquired software beyond its intended use, to translate, edit or otherwise modify the software, to re-license the software, to reproduce it publicly or to make it publicly available. It is further prohibited to decompile or reverse engineer the software, unless you are entitled to do so under mandatory copyright law.

Terms of Payment:

After your purchase and when renewing your subscription, you will receive an invoice as a PDF file. The e-mails with the invoice have the sender “miraminds” / notifications@quaderno.io.

FlowShare is currently available in German, English, and French. Other languages are under development, please contact us for more information.
